Monty Python's Flying Circus Minister of Silly Walks door/picture frame decoration

cut out all the parts

I did them back wards do you get a nice clean but on the top surface

use a thin tool to poke out any bits of the design that are still stuck in place 

cut small strips of double sided tape and stick them on the rear of the design

make sure the take isn't larger than the Minister that it is stuck to

peal off the back of the tape and you are ready to position the two sections in your desired location.
