All the words and shapes will fit on one piece of 19X12 MDF but you will need to make several separate cuts and move the board in the laser bed to use the entire area of the board.

Acrylic Paint - 2 Layers on each piece (Sherwin Williams quart samples are $10ish)

This project could also be painted with acrylic spray paint but I like to keep the cut edges black when possible.

Glue - Starbond thick (Amazon)

Finish with a spray-on coat of clear acrylic or lacquer to help with durability for outdoor projects.
