      This was my first attempt at engraving a photo onto wood. I made this with the d1 pro 10 watt. It's a picture of my brother's dog playing in the snow. I learned quite a bit about making the photo contrast higher and brightening it up for better engraving purposes!

I used photoshop to brighten up the photo after first engraving it, and it was too dark around the face. I used 80 for the power and also 80 for the speed. I also picked 120 for the lines. It turned out pretty well the second time around for having no clue what I was doing. This has helped me create an amazing gift! My brother absolutely loved it. If you have tips for me I would appreciate it, as this is very new for me as well.
