Information

      I wanted to put together a good file where you can do your own test files for multicolour engraving in metal. With this file you will be able to engrave in colours and choose the colour from the palette. Very straight forward really. This has been tested on Stainless Steel.

Step1: What you will need

I have tested this file with Stainless Steel also you can use Sterling Silver.

Step2: Instructions

For the IR settings I have created a test file which goes from 10 to 27 speed which is where you can get a colour outcome and power from 10% to 100%. Colour starts to appear with 30% power. For BL I use the same settings. I get better results with IR for some reason but results often depend of type of material used and most of all quality of the material as well as the size of the are to be engraved.
