Information

I made this cute little cupid to keep expanding my skills with color laser engraving and as a tribute to when my wife captured my heart almost 16 years ago.

Instruction

1

Step1: Prep the metal

This engraving can be done on stainless steel. While I used stainless steel business cards, it could easily work on a keychain, dogtag, or necklace,

Prep the metal by cleaning with rubbing alcohol and letting it dry.

2

Step2: Engrave

Make sure that you have it set to process by layer. I've ordered the layers to have the skin engrave first. If you do it later, it will change the color of everything else on the face. This took about 30 minutes to do on the business card but should go quite a bit faster on smaller items like dog tags. Good luck and have fun!
