Time flies when you're drinking coffee.
To make sure I don't get completely lost in it, I designed a clock.
Instruction
Step1: Layer 1 engraving and cut
First, layer 1 is processed. 3mm birch plywood is used for this.
Activate and position the part of layer 1 in XCS.

Step2: Layer 2 engraving and cut
Next, layer 2 is processed. 3mm birch plywood is used for this.
Activate and position the part of layer 1 in XCS.

Step3: Edit Layer 1
Layer 1 is now sanded with very fine sandpaper. This prepares it for painting. Afterward, remove all dust and dirt.
Now, Layer 1 is painted white. The engraved lines remain visible and will later be used for positioning the parts.
Usually, two to three coats of paint are required.
Step4: Edit Layer 2
Layer 2 is now sanded with very fine sandpaper. This prepares it for painting. Afterward, remove all dust and dirt.
Now, Layer 2 is painted black. Usually, two to three coats of paint are required.
Step5: Merge Layer 1 and Layer 2
Once the paint is dry, the parts from Layer 2 can be glued onto Layer 1.
The line engraving serves as a guide for positioning.
Step6: Assemble clockwork
Once the glue has dried, the clock mechanism can be installed.
Done.
