      My husband's mother donated her kidney to him last year. To thank her, I designed this ornament and cut it out with my Laser Engraver.

Step1: Import design

Step2: Transform the image file into an engrave layer

Select the image that you uploaded and select trace image on the pop up.

Adjust the settings until the image is outlined how you would like and click save. 

Delete the original image, with the new outlined image set to engrave.

Step3: Add Cut Outline

Add an appropriate sized outline for how far you want the edge of the ornament to be from your engraved design (I chose .25 inches all around). Set this outline to cut settings, then group with the engraved image.
