This door sign is made from a single 24"x48" sheet of 1/4" sanded plywood. First time using the conveyor!

We decided to make a 16" round back in red and the text in white. There would be two holes for mounting with cord and artificial greenery would be added.
The font used is Amita. Each letter was placed separately to place close enough to unite the text.
The mounting holes were spaced using a line and the output was turned off, so it wouldn't cut. The holes and the line were grouped, so they could be centered with the back.

I first cut the plywood to 17"x24" to cut the back, but that didn't leave enough material for the conveyor rollers. The back is 16" diameter and the conveyor needs almost 10" from the rollers to the farthest cut (16" + 10" = 26" minimum board length).
I was able to use the remaining 31"x24" and cut it to 17"x31" for the back. The text would probably be easier to do on the flat bed, but the conveyor was set up, so I used it.
Be aware, the laser left quite a bit of scorching on the back especially with the text.

The back was painted red and the text was painted white. The text was secured with wood glue. The greenery and bells were from Hobby Lobby and hot glued in place.
