      Inlay in wood veneer (marquetry type) from a black and white photo, printing of a negative (mirror) glued on aluminum and positive glued on wood plywood, then gluing of the two parts under press.

Step1

Glue one of the veneers on a plywood, glue the other veneer of different colors on an aluminum sticker simply. Engrave the plywood first 87/100 2x.

Refocus with the aluminum plating (don't forget to invert the image, to know how to do it, make a 3 or 4 mm outline around the image, select this outline and the image to edit the compound.) Also treat in 87 or 90/100 2x. You will have to glue the part to the plywood, position the negative part on aluminum and press for a few hours. After a fine sanding, 2 coats of varnish or wax, your work is ready.
