This model, based on the original 3mm cut file, has been modified to use 5mm plywood. It increases the approach and departure angles of the vehicle. Added roof racks, and a revised grill and higher clearance.
However, there are some small parts that use 3mm plywood. So, to make this model you will need both 3mm and 5mm plywood, but 90% of the parts are 5mm.
PS. The 1/4" plywood that I got from the local store is actually only 5mm, instead of 6.35mm. So, if you use 6mm, or true 1/4" plywood, you will have to adjust the finger joint depths, and also widths of some panel, since it will change the width of the vehicle.
