Step-by-Step Instructions:

Design Preparation

Create a rectangular frame with puzzle-piece edges.

Add “LOVE” lettering cut-outs at the top or side.

Leave a 9×13 cm opening for the photo.

Material Setup

Place 3 mm birch plywood on the laser bed.

Apply masking tape if you want cleaner cut edges.

Cut the Frame Parts

Cut the puzzle-piece frame, backing board, and optional acrylic insert.

Assembly

Slot the puzzle-piece edges together.

Insert the backing and photo.

Add the acrylic sheet if used.

Finishing

Sand edges if needed.
