      I created this laser-cut wood sculpture to capture the elegance and strength of horses in motion, freezing a gallop in time with precision. This piece is a tribute to their spirit and the harmony they embody. 🐎✨

Step1

Galloping Grace : Horses In Harmony instruction: step 1 -

Materials Used

  • Basswood 6mm 
  • Basswood 3mm for flat base.
  • Wood Glue / Clamps 

 

STEP 1

  • Load 6mm Basswood (TIP Spray Wood With Water/prevents scorching) 
  • Open XCS File_ (Galloping Grace : Horses In Harmony)
  • Engrave Horses and Plate Details Then Cut. 
  • Then Load 3mm Basswood and cut bottom base of project.

STEP 2

  • Clean off any dust left on cut pieces before final gluing step. 
  • Glue Bottom Pieces of base together and clamp.
  • Final Step is to glue Horses in the base cutouts.
