Information
This is made from 2 pieces. I used 1/8 MDF. the table tops look different sizes but are not. the tops can be exchanged to show that they are the exact same.
Instruction

Step1: Set up
This illusion can be easily made from MDF or plywood. You need a piece about 12"x6" total. Red layer is for cuts, Green for score lines and yellow for engraving.
Place material in the bed.
Measure the height and locate the material.

Step2: Engrave and cut
Process and send job to the laser.

Step3: Clean up and glue.
Wipe edges to remove any soot. Lightly sand to remove scorch marks from surface. Be careful to not remove engraving.
Glue the to layers together flip the bottom layer so the holes line up under the tabletops.
DO NOT GLUE IN THE TOPS.
Apply a coating if desired.
