Dragon Fly Puzzle with Frame and Box

Instruction
Step1: Placing Puzzle image and Cut Puzzle

1.) Find the Image you want to use
2.) Goto Imag-R, Upload, Crop (If neccassary), Resize (it is extremly Important that you resize to the EXACT size your puzzle will be), Material Kasia Wood, choose DPI (I did 212, that's what the DPI test showed was best for me), Download the DPI Test and crop to about 15mm square of the image, Run DPI test on a scrap of the EXACT same kind of wood you are planning on using, go back and resize again using the results from your DPI test, Download.
3.) Go to Imag-R puzzle maker and upload your image and set your puzzle parameters, download the puzzle SVG
4.) Place the image in the center of your board, make a square or rectangle outer cut line and a rectangle or square cutline around puzzle edges (I went in about 2mm and left a tiny bit of the image on the frame, Place your name or whatever along the bottom. import your puzzle SVD and lay it over the image.
5.) Set puzzle SVG Cut Lines to layer 2
6.) Add your square or rectangle cut lines to layer 3
7.) Put in your DPI test settings, Set Cut Line settings for puzzle and outline, set processing path to by layer, put engraving layer first, then puzzle cut layer and then outline cuts last.
8.) Run it
Step2: Cutting 5mm Backing

You can use 3mm basswood or 5mm underlay, I choose 5mm underlay, it's less likely to be warped. Use the Same outer cut square you used to cut the outer part of the puzzle frame and cut.
Step3: Puzzle Box

Put your Puzzle box in to XCS and cut that, it will take three work spaces to cut one box and 3 to 4 sheets of 12 x 12 basswood. Once cut put it together. If you want to add images to the top sheet I would do that after doing the cuts, but before putting it together. It's a perfect fit, so it's very very tight at the fingers.
