My daughter saw a similar puzzle on my computer screen and asked me to make her one. She chose a hexagon shape for the puzzle. I made the puzzle big for her, but you can resize it, and make it much smaller.
You can find more of my laser files here: www.supervectorgirl.com
Open the design file in XCS. Using the cameras, place the pieces on the wood. I made red lines score, and black lines cut. Resize smaller or larger as desired.
Score and Cut the pieces out using the provided settings for a P2.
Glue the outer frame on the back piece. While it dries, paint the puzzle pieces. I used acrylic paint and a make-up sponge to paint these. Painting them make the puzzle a little easier to solve in my opinion.
You are now done. I hope you enjoyed making this puzzle. My daughter has solved it once so far with a little help from me.
