Embossed Brass Coin Using The F1 Ultra. After the the embossing was completed, a 10 pass cleaning run was done to blow away the excess leftover materials. Unfortunately the rest of my tools are in storage while between houses, so I haven't had the chance to do some finer polishing for the end product.
Use The Applied Setting As Described Above. These were done using a 40mm x 3mm solid brass coin blank. Approximate Run Time Is About 4 - 5 Hours.
All this does is help dislodge and push any excess material left behind by the embossment process away. After running this process, it is still recommended to give your project a quick rinse to dry of. Normally I'd use a rotary tool to help make the design shine up a bit, but those are currently in storage.
