So what we've got here is a cute little ghost who seems to have ripped a hole in his sheet and now his Casper Clein Halloween Boxer Shorts are showing!! (hence the exclamation) This is a super easy three part assembly which will have everyone chuckling and smiling. This cute little fella joins #teamtrick for #trickortreat2026 contest.

Step1: Load File / Wood Selection

I cut this project from 1/8' birch plywood purchased from Home Hardware in Smiths Falls Canada. It was processed using my xtool S1 40W with auto air assist. Ive attached a pic of my settings for non xcs user.
Once the three pieces are cut out, simply glue them together starting with the “boxer shorts layer”, then the “head layer” followed by the “body layer”
