Information

elebrate the journey from pregnancy to a child’s first birthday with a pair of matching stainless-steel keepsake tags.

The front features a mother rabbit and her little son reaching across the separate tags to hold hands. When placed together, the two pieces connect like a puzzle, symbolizing the bond between mother and child. The rabbits are engraved in soft blue, brown, and cream tones, with black details for contrast.

The back of the child’s tag features Timmy’s first ultrasound image and date, while the mother’s tag carries a heartfelt message celebrating the day she became his mommy.

Designed as a meaningful first-birthday gift, the tags can be kept together, carried separately, or saved as a lasting reminder of the journey from the very first ultrasound to one year of motherhood.

Here's the public facebook link  as instructions requestions https://web.facebook.com/groups/friendliestxtoolp2/permalink/1762499864939055/

For this project you will need 1 large military dog tag - I used 55mm x28 mm, 1.8mm thick for Timmy's mom, and for Timmy I used 40mm by 21.7mm *1.3mm thick

If you can find tags that are the same thickness, you can engrave Timmy's and Timmy's Mommys colors at the same time layer by layer, but if you have different thicknesses like me you need to engrave layer by layer individually.

Do you see how I lined up the tags? in the photo?
Now select all both timmy and mummy and drag them over top of the tags, making sure their hands meet the line beside the tags.

Step2: Line up the hands

Here is a close up of how the hands are lined up.
Right now you also see Timmys eyes as white, but i will invert it for you.

Now move the text over for Timmy and his Mommy where you like it.

Select all layers and turn them off - just to be sure.

Now engrave Timmy's colors, and his moms colors, step by step. Turn on the step 1 (S1) layer for timmy or mommy or both if your tags are the same thickness.

There is an s1, and s2 infront of each layer to tell you which ones.

DO THEM IN ORDER

and the OUTLINE LAST!! YOU CAN DO IT!

Now we need to engrave the back, same idea - drag down the ultrasound to Timmy's tag
now evengrave the white layer first (it will look black to you on the file) and then the outline.

(5minutes)

Now engrave Timmy's ultrasound date (your babies date)

Now engrave the message behind moms tag. (10 minutes)

You did it!!
