Step1: Cutting it out

Cut out the project. You should have the spinner, two little circles and two big circles.

Step2: Assembly
Line up the little circles with the big circles. You should have one big circle on each side.

Step3: Glue
Decorate however you want and then glue the pieces together. Make sure to only glue inside the scored circle otherwise it might not spin.
