Preparation: You will need wood glue to assemble your layers. For the best results, ensure all laser-cut parts are clean and free of soot before you begin.

Step-by-Step Assembly:

Step 1 (Base Construction): Take the bottom base layer and glue it securely to the layer featuring the jig/alignment holes. This creates the solid foundation for your holder.

Step 2 (Stacking): Continue gluing the remaining structural layers on top of your base to build up the height of the frame.

Step 3 (Perfect Alignment): Once the glue has set and your holder is fully assembled, place your 4-inch coasters into the jig holes. The holder now acts as the perfect engraving guide, keeping your coasters held securely in place for consistent, centered engraving or sublimation every time.
