Summary

Is your framing correct but your IR (fiber) laser off. Use this to check how well your alignment is.

The Blue light laser will make a + while the IR (fiber) laser will make a X
Then then will overlap.
Use a camera to take a photo and zoom in. Then you will be able to see if your lasers are no aligned to each other. 
If they are then no worries.
If they are not, then run the laser calibration again.
