Step 1

Cut the frame from 3mm walnut MDF or walnut veneered MDF as one complete piece.

Step 2

Mask before cutting to reduce smoke marks and keep edges clean.

Step 3

Sand lightly and apply clear matte finish or furniture wax for a richer walnut tone.

Step 4

Cut the MDF backing panel for the rear photo supports.

Step 5

Attach photos behind the openings using double-sided adhesive or magnetic backing.
