Personalized WOG Keychain

 We used a flat, consistent (basswood, birch ply, or hardwood like maple wood) whichever you prefer. Choose your design and the size you want it to be.

Get your wood ready

• Use smooth, flat wood
• Lightly sand it
• Wipe off dust
• (Optional) put masking tape on top to keep it clean

2. Make your design

• Black parts = engraving
• Outline = cutting
• Add a small circle for the keychain hole

3. Set up your laser

• Focus the laser
• Turn on air assist if you have it
• Place wood flat and secure

4. Run it in this order

• Engrave first (the design)
• Cut second (the shape + hole)

5. Finish it

• Peel tape
• Light sand if needed
• Add oil or clear coat
