Got all three layers pulled up and changed from score to cut. I also planned on using the top layer inside of the boarder as the backing. Processed each cut file separately due to having to change out wood on each cut.

After each layer was cut out, I stained the layers I wanted to be stained. Then glued all the layers together. You can just use the backing or not, it is your choice.
