🧩 Assembly Instructions – Hinged Lid Wooden Box

📦 Parts included:

  • 2 × Side panels
  • 2 × Front/Back panels
  • 1 × Bottom base panel
  • 3 × Lid panel (decorative)

🔧 Step 1 – Assemble Box Frame

  1. Connect side panels with front and back panels
  2. Use finger joints (slots)
  3. Ensure all corners are straight and tight

🔩 Step 2 – Insert Bottom Panel

  1. Slide the bottom base panel into the lower slots
  2. Press firmly until secure

🪵 Step 3 – Attach Hinged Lid

  1. Align the lid panel with the back side
  2. Connect using the hinge strip (flex cuts or joints)
  3. Make sure lid opens and closes smoothly

📐 Step 4 – Final Adjustment

  • Test lid movement
  • Adjust slightly if needed
  • Add glue for stronger structure
