This is a great Father's Day gift with a custom patch. I put this patch on a hat, and also included a grandfather patch.

The first step was to create a reference circle to determine the size of the patches. Then, I imported the text and ensured it was set to engrave, and added a bend.

Next, I added the rest of the text that you need to change the date. I left out the last two digits so that it can be customized for your father.

For this, I used an xTool Patch. Make sure to verify that your patch is laser-safe, as many of them are not.

For this project, the first pass did not turn out well, so I made sure to reprocess it. Please double-check your settings. These settings are for an S1 40-watt. Also, don't forget to wear your laser safety glasses.
