Colorful Flower Wooden Coasters

• Insert a flower from the left side panel under basic shapes
• Insert a circle
• Make a copy of the outer circle and paste it somewhere on the page.
• Stretch out the flower so that it is overlapping all sides of the circle.
• Select both objects and on the left side panel click “subtract”
• The outer circle that was pasted earlier we need to make it bigger to fit around the circle with enough edging. The finally dimensions of this project is 4" in diameter but you can size down if you like. 
• Now that both objects are together and centered vertically and hortizontally
  • right click and “group”

• Select both objects and make sure they are set to “cut”

• First I started by priming my solid backing
• Once dried pick some paint colors and paint your solid backing
• once dried I coated them with a outdoor polyurethane to help with drink moisture from the cup

OPTIONAL: You can stain or paint the top flower board to your liking!

• Then take you pieces with the flower and spray with outdoor polyurethane as well
• let all pieces dry

OPTIONAL: I added a small sticky cork to the back of the coaster. I had a bought from amazon.
