Moiré Pattern Animation Card Generator · Quick Start Guide

Create an animated pull-tab animation card by adjusting a few parameters, then export your design for laser cutting or printing.

Create Your First Card in 3 Steps

Choose Content — Switch to the Templates tab in the left panel and select from 8 built-in animations (bouncing ball, spinning star, running character, etc.). Or switch to Upload and drag in 2 or more images, or upload a video (automatically converted into frames with adjustable frame count using the slider).

Customize Style — Use the right panel to adjust card size, corner radius, margins, and animation settings such as Frames (number of frames) and Slit width (0.6–1 mm works best). Preview the pull-tab animation in real time under the Preview tab in the center.

Export — Click Export in the bottom-right corner to generate an SVG file containing both cutting lines and artwork. It can be used directly for laser cutting or printing.

Tips

Switch to the Cut Sheet tab to view the 4-layer structure for cutting/printing: base plate, middle frame, animation card, and moiré overlay sheet.

Once 2 or more images are uploaded, the card size will automatically adjust based on the aspect ratio of the first image.

Use the top mm / inch toggle to switch units. Click Reset to restore default settings (current animation and units will be preserved).

Assembly: Insert the animation card into the sliding slot of the middle frame, place the moiré overlay sheet on top, then pull the handle to reveal the animation effect.
