Check the holes on the large rudder too.

I didn't make any holes on the small rudder.

I had to correct some holes with a drill and needle, sometimes with a nail.

Fix the parts together with nylon thread. 

The large parts are attached to the large rudder, the small parts to the small rudder. 

Make several knots for each piece to ensure safety.

Fix the two rudders together using wood glue and a clamp.

Add 4 wires to create a loop to fix to the bed or playpen. I adjusted the loop with masking tape.

Secure the attachment knots of each marine animal with a drop of glue.
