For this Piece it's very easy you only need to create Arches and add some cutouts like the circles and some rectangles for thickness of your material. 

You can combine this also mit engraved images to have things to hang on to. 

Just a cutting job, but you could add text to arches to make more personal.

1. Slide the singel arch into the hole of the other one
2. Use some glue to make them durable
3. Take some yarn and add string into the circle holes
4. Let your creativity spark

For my version I added flowers, I thought this would look different in the end but sometimes it's a process and with time you get the results you want.
