How to make: Clean the surface of your AirPods case. Place it flat and securely inside the laser working area. Align the design carefully over the center of the case, checking the framing to ensure the lid opening line doesn't cut through crucial details like the eyes.
How to cut / engrave / print: Use an infrared laser source to engrave the plastic case. This type of laser is perfect for marking white plastics precisely without burning or melting the material.
Settings used: Infrared light, Power 75%, Speed 450 mm/s, Lines per cm 150, 1 Pass, Bi-directional.
