Design folding paper and cardboard packaging in minutes and cut it on your xTool laser.
Pick one of 64 box styles: tuck end and crash-lock cartons, trays and lid-and-base boxes, mailers and pizza boxes, gable, pillow, milk-carton and takeaway boxes, gift boxes in heart, star and hexagon shapes, envelopes, bags, tags, displays and geometric solids. Enter the inside size of the item you want to pack and the dieline follows: panels, tuck flaps, dust flaps, glue flaps and locks are all sized for you, with the material thickness taken into account.
Check the result before you cut. The 3D preview folds the box step by step, and you can open and close it to see how every flap goes into place. Multi-part boxes (lid and base, drawer and sleeve, inserts) assemble themselves at the end.
Ready for the laser:
- Red lines cut, blue lines fold: give the blue lines the Score process in the export dialog, or switch folds to perforated cuts for thick board on a diode laser.
- Work areas for xTool M2, S1, P2S, P3 and the O1 print bed, plus A4, A3 and Letter.
- Fill the bed with several copies at once; pieces are rotated to fit as many as possible.
- Dimension labels on the dieline, in millimetres or inches.
Print and cut: add a colour or an image to each face, or wrap one image around the whole box, with bleed. Export the print for the xTool O1 and the cut lines for your laser as separate files.
Material presets go from 160 g paper to E-flute corrugated, kraft, greyboard and plastic sheets. Each style comes with assembly tips. Available in 17 languages.
