Information

This instruction defines the standard process for laser cutting decorative arabesque designs in walnut plywood using the xTool M1 Ultra (10W diode laser).
The process includes proper file preparation, dimensional adjustment based on the wooden box used as the base product, secure material fixation using a honeycomb bed and magnets, and validated cutting parameters (90% power, 5% speed).
Note:
The provided design file contains three (3) instances of the arabesque pattern for layout convenience. These duplicated designs may be deleted, duplicated, or repositioned as needed, according to the preference, material size, or production requirements.
