Description
Make a matching set of coasters — and the stand that holds them — then export one ready-to-cut SVG.

What you get
- 1, 2, or 4 coasters, sharing one shape and size, each with its own artwork
- A stand: a base plus two notched side plates. The coasters hang by their rim in the notches, so they can't roll or tip over
- One SVG with every part nested — red = cut, blue = engrave, 1:1 in millimetres
Shapes
- Circle, rounded square, hexagon
- Wavy and sawtooth edges, with adjustable tooth count and depth
- Heart, teardrop, triangle
Cutout patterns
- Concentric rings joined by spokes
- Sunburst rays
- Honeycomb
- Grid, straight or basket-weave
Each pattern has its own controls — cutout band (or the whole face), rib width, and density. Your artwork is never cut through: the cutouts step around every graphic and every line of text with a 2 mm margin.

Your own art and text
- 25 built-in line-art graphics
- Import your own SVG / PNG / JPG
- 24 fonts, including a single-line font that engraves fast
- Text is vectorised into real outlines, so the file cuts identically on any machine, whatever fonts are installed
- Drag to move, corner handles to scale, top dot to rotate — or type exact X / Y / size / rotation
3D preview
Switch between the four pieces laid out flat and the whole set standing in its stand. Board thickness drives the joints, so the assembly you see is the one the file cuts.

It won't let you cut a broken set
Every change is checked, and problems are reported on the canvas:
- Pieces that would fall out — cutouts that disconnect material from the body
- Material thinner than 2 mm, which snaps in plywood
- Artwork hanging past the coaster edge, which would engrave onto empty space
Anything that would ruin the parts blocks the export and tells you why. Anything merely fragile just warns you and lets you decide.
Material and settings
- Made for 3 mm plywood, basswood or acrylic. Thickness is adjustable from 2 to 6 mm, and the stand's joints follow it
- Defaults: 90 mm coasters, 4 pieces plus the stand, nested into 186 × 225 mm, about 5.8 m of cutting
- Cut with a thin kerf; set engraving depth to taste
One thing to know: a coaster with cutouts is a trivet — liquid runs straight through. Turn cutouts off for a solid coaster.
