Description
A small LED bead extends from the wall, wrapped in a minimalist geometric paper shade. Each of the four edges intercepts a portion of the light, throwing four bands of shadow onto the wall. The edges seem like nothing more than an uneven, arbitrary rim — but when the lamp's position, the shade's proportions, and the edge contours are designed in perfect coordination, those four shadows align seamlessly, piecing together a complete image. Off, it reads as a clean geometric object; on, the pattern concealed in its structure comes to light.
