Information

      A nice, detailed brass coin for Halloween, suitable as part of a decoration or a nice gift for someone you care about.

Instruction

Step1: Prerequisites

For brass embossing you need to use a fiber laser like F1 Ultra or F2 Ultra.

Step2: Coin placement

Preview

If you use the L-shaped positioning piece on the F1-ultra, then the position of the blank coin is correct for project setting. The position should be checked by framing.

For the correct position, the L-position part must be pulled to the left and back in the direction of the arrow when tightening the screws. Position of L-shaped piece on F1-ultra is near to center workspace.

Step3: Emboss and Clean

To emboss, you must enable output of the Emboss layer, disable output of the Clean layer, and start the process. After the embossing process is complete (approximately five hours), you must disable the Emboss layer, enable the Clean layer, and start the process again (approximately fifteen minutes).

After laser cleaning, you can use one of the mechanical cleaning or polishing methods.
