Step1
Started off with cutting the 3mm basswood for the bottom of my puzzle, then i cut the top of my puzzle with 3mm sublimation mdf because i wanted to make my letters cute with a image my son likes ,what child doesn't like bluey after cutting my letters i subbed the top piece of my puzzle navy blue then subbed my letters then used Titebond glue to glue the basswood to the mdf then i set my letters back in to the puzzle and let it all dry
