Information

A mail organizer with a pet-lover friendly pattern on the front, made to hang unobtrusively on the wall, to keep your incoming mail from ending up on the kitchen table or cabinet right by the door, like ours always did. Now we can put it in this box and keep the pasta sauce off the snail mail. This one's cut out of 3mm basswood, but think of how nice it'd look if you cut it from acrylic.

Step1: How to cut and assemble

You'll likely need a little more than 1 sheet of 12 x 20 x1/8 material.
I hang on to sheets that I couldn't use all of, so I can cut smaller pieces from different sheets.

Assemble with wood glue. Don't do what I did and inadvertantly put the side panels in the wrong orientation. They slant down toward the shorter front panel.

After assembly, glue the letters to the front. Paint them first if you like, I left mine au natural.
