Christmas ornament

To start, choose which colour woods you want to use for each element.

Once decided, cut out the parts needed in each colour.

Do not resize this design as it is made for 4mm thick wood and slots are sized accordingly.

To use other thickness wood remember to resize the slots as desired.

Once cut, use a weeding tool to remove any parts that have not already dropped out. This is a delicate process and be careful not to break any elements of the tree.

Once weeded, stick the top of the base to the bottom of the base and allow to dry.

Once the base has dried you can glue the tabs of the trees and feet of the stag and gently place them in the slots to stand up. 

Support if needed and allow to dry.
