Processing precautions

Clean the material after processing

During processing, this material may generate dust or other substances that remain on the surface. To improve appearance and functionality, clean off carbon residue, slag, or oxide layers using water, alcohol, ultrasonic cleaning, or specialized cleaners.

Use odor protection during processing

Processing materials may release strong odors or fumes. A proper ventilation and exhaust system is required to protect the operator's health and reduce the impact of smoke on processing quality.

Turn on air assist (gas pump)

Air assist provides a strong airflow to remove debris and smoke. Surface discoloration is caused by the buildup of heat and smoke. Using air assist helps cool the material, prevent burn marks and color changes, and improve cutting speed and performance.
