      Number your slat positions!  Why: Well you know when a piece tips up and ruins the whole cut! Well, work out where the stats need to be to stop that happening, then write the numbers on your work for next time -obviously turn off the output. (I always use purple for notes, then I always know it's something for me to read)

Also there is a corner piece that both positions your sheet and the ruler
