Step1: Design
Preview
The design for this guide is intentionally simple and compact. featuring a 65mm ruler on one side and 7 holes for measuring screw diameter on the other side.
There is also a small hole at the top to allow it to hand on a hook or nail when not in use.

Step2: Cutting
These settings were used to cut 4mm birch plywood using the xTool D1 Pro 5w laser. Any material will work for this project but I would recommend using a strong material of at least 4mm.

Step3: Score and engraving
For the markings the black layer in the file should be engraved and features the numbers and text at the top, while the yellow layer is the ruler markings and should be scored.
The settings I used for both of these are listed above.
