I made this coffee coaster to be useful yet admirable. This subtle quote gives a wonderful addition to any table top. As it looks pretty, it is also helpful to protect table tops from drink damage. The square layout adds a more sophisticated look to the table.

- Come up with design idea. For this idea, we took a simple quote that we wanted on a coaster

2. Bring the idea to life! It takes a while to design something you’re proud of, so take your time. It took us about 7 minutes of laser focused design time to get this done. Be creative and don’t feel bad for messing up. After all, it’s the process that counts.

3. Finally, I got my settings right, lined up the laser, and hit start. I engraved the inside and then cut around it for the coaster shape. This took about 7 minutes total.
