1.  Download the file
2.  I used 2 12x12 sheets of Basswood Plywood
3.  Note:  You can change the size to meet your needs

1.  Engrave the words and cutout both the words and people
2.  Paint the people the colors you wish
3.  Paint the 2nd sheet of plywood blue or as you wish (Used for the Sign Base)
4.  I used a light coat (Used the xTool airbrush, super easy to use)

1.  Your engraving setting may need to be increased due to the paint used
2.  Machines are different so setting may be different
3.  Cutout and engrave the Sign Base

1.  Assemble as shown above
2.  I used wood glue, however hot glue should work too.
