切断ファイルに従ってカットします。自分で適切な素材を選ぶことができます。私の経験では、アルミニウムは柔らかく曲げると簡単に割れやすいため、より硬い金属の方が良い選択かもしれません(他の材料を選ぶ場合は、まず加工パラメータをテストしてください)。切断時の熱で材料が反ることがあるので、金属板を固定するためにクランプや重りを使いましょう。

加工後、切削パターンをシートから取り除きます。金属板を優しく曲げると、より簡単に取り外せます。折り目の部分の細い金属片には、先頭ペンチを使えます。
