在 xTool Studio 建立個人化訊息

，前往設計師左側的應用程式選單
選擇條碼應用程式
輸入您的個人訊息（保持秘密:D）點擊
儲存
，將產生的 QR 碼移至正確位置

設置與安全

確保名片安全（關鍵）：名片輕量。空氣助推風扇很容易把它們吹走。
Focusing：

設定（選擇材料）

情境A：裸露不鏽鋼（銀色）

注意：二極體雷射（藍光）無法「雕刻」金屬，但可以「退火」——加熱使其變暗或有色彩。

Process：你需要高功率與低速。
近似設定（20W/40W 二極體）：
結果：銀色金屬上有一道深色永久痕跡。

情境B：塗層/彩繪金屬（例如黑卡）

注意：這速度快得多。你只是把油漆層蒸發出來，露出下面的金屬。

Process：你需要中等功率和高速。
Approximate Settings （20W/40W 二極體）：
結果：黑色背景上出現明亮的銀白色文字。

Execution

Framing：在 XCS 裡點選「Frameming」，確認雷射是否正確繞過卡片周邊。
關閉空氣助力：對於裸露不鏽鋼進行退火，通常最好使用低氣助或不使用氣助，因為金屬冷卻過快會降低痕跡的暗度。對於塗層卡，空氣輔助有助於清除煙霧。
