To make the design the first thing I did was measure the lengths of the bills to create enough space for them to fit, so I created a rectangle of approximately those measurements (14.5 x 8 cm). Next, I added the outline of the shape to 10. I selected both shapes and hit combine - subtract in overlap. 

The next step was to add the drawing for the frame design, as we wanted to give him the helmet I looked for a drawing of a motorcycle helmet and inserted it. I made its outline to 2 and took the outline and placed it in the frame in the bottom right corner. Once it is on the site we like, we select everything and click on combine - join. It's already part of the frame design. 

Then I wanted to put the age I was 40, so I inserted the text and put it in the "chubby" font. I placed it in the bottom left corner and selected it along with the frame (careful not to select the helmet drawing) and hit combine - join. 

Finally, I inserted the text "Congratulations", this time using the "Grandstander" typeface, we create its outline to 5 and take the outline and place it at the top; we select the outline and the frame and hit combine - join. Then we place the text in its place. 

Select the frame to cut and the drawing of the helmet and the letters to mark. 

We have the design ready. 

I leave you the original design and add another tab with the design of the frame and the other unjoined shapes in case you want to modify the texts. They are modified and then we select everything and combine - join.

We turn on the Xtool, put the material we want to work with and check that the parameters are correct. 

When checking it is very important to confirm that we have marked each part with its function, the frame to cut and the letters and the drawing to engrave. 

Now that we have our pieces, we just have to put glue on the U and glue it on the back of the frame. When it is well glued, put glue on the other part of the U and place the other piece on top. 

When everything is dry and well glued, we add matte varnish spray, 

then we put the money in and we have our gift ready to wrap and give away.
