Information

      I am engraving a bunch of golf tees and needed a place to store them. I've always been fascinated with live hinges and wanted to make this box to hold the finished tees, hence the name, The Tee Box on the front. The fingers are tight so they can hold together prior to glue.

Step1

Cut out all items and prepare to put them together. The fit is tight on all of the fingers. I designed it this way because I hate having too much slack when fitting.

Put the sides, bottom and curved edges together.

Place the pull handle on the side of the roller that you want, place rails on box and the curved edge for the roller to go under the false bottom. Be careful with the glue and lubricate the wood rails for easy gliding.

Finish placing the roller, second bottom, and all other items and ensure the roller top moves on the rails properly.
