Laser Cut Heart Shaped Valentine Puzzle with Stand

Information
My wife and I both love Jigsaw puzzles so I thought I would try and create one for her for Valentine's Day.
Instruction
Step1: Creation

Sounds so easy to design a Jigsaw puzzle doesn't it? That wasn't so bad it was getting it to fit the display stand that was the fun part. I learnt quite a lot about editing vectors in the process, but I suspect there is a lot more I need to know to be any good at it. Still the hard work has been done for you. All you need to do is to engrave it (feel free to change the artwork to personalise it) cut it out and assemble.
Step2: Preparation
There are 3 canvases to process. One containing the puzzle and the frame. The second contains the back of the display and the third contains the stand. It should all cut out of 1 piece of 30cm x 30cm basswood ply.
If you prefer a darker engraving of the image then either increase power slightly or slow the engraving speed.
If you use a different thickness of ply than 3mm you will have to adjust the stand cutout sizes as they have been designed to be a snug fit with 3mm ply and shouldn't require gluing.
Step3: Assembly
After cutting clean up and put the Jigsaw pieces safely to one side. They are small and around 80 in number. You may wish to put them in a little drawstring bag ready for gifting to your loved one.
Slot the 2 halves of the stand together.
Carefully apply a thin layer of wood glue to the back of the heartshape frame and press it firmly onto the back of the display (clamping would be ideal). Make sure the two pieces are aligned correctly. There should be no overlap. Remove any excess glue.
Wait until glue has dried and remove clamps if used.
Package up for your loved one ready for gifting.
Step4: Display
Once the Jigsaw has been assembled in the frame the completed puzzle can be displayed on the stand, but put it somewhere safe from accidental knocks. If you gift the puzzle without an accompanying picture of the completed state the fact it is two tone makes it quit tricky in spite of the small number of pieces.
Hope you enjoy it. I enjoyed creating.
