Take out the black walnut plywood, red oak plywood, sapele plywood, black acrylic and white acrylic from the kit, apply masking tape to all the boards, turn on the machine and connect it to the computer.

Turn on the computer, import the processing file into xTool Creative Space, set the processing parameters, cut out the designed model, and tear off the masking tape on the surface.

First, place the black walnut base with the carved traces facing up; then align the black walnut panel, the bristles cut from sapele, and the face cut from red oak with the lines carved on the base, and stick them on the base.

Align the lines on the base plate and then glue the eyes, mouth, ears and body on.

Glue the white acrylic numbers and scale strips to the corresponding positions

Inserting the clock movement

Install the hour hand, minute hand, second hand, and finally the battery.

Assembly Complete.

note:

1、Applying a thin layer of wood wax oil on the black walnut board can make the color of the board more advanced and textured.

2、Before using the wooden board for cutting, you can stick masking tape on its surface to effectively prevent the carbonized dust from laser cutting from adhering to the board during the cutting process.
